Position: Paint Technician
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per year (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours per week)

The Role
As a Paint Technician, you\'ll work with prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring all painting and finishing work meets manufacturer standards and delivers flawless results.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare vehicles fully before painting, including masking, sanding, and other necessary preparation work
* Ensure perfect colour matches and defect-free finishes
* Use correct tools and methods in line with manufacturer standards
* Perform quality checks to maintain high standards
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines
* Deliver the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
