Minerva Recruitment is working with a respected home care provider to recruit a dedicated and professional Senior Care Coordinator to join their expanding team.
About the Role
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the daily operations, ensuring person-centred care is delivered efficiently, safely, and with empathy. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and compliance with CQC regulations while supporting and supervising a team of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage weekly care rotas to ensure continuity of care
Conduct client assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
Supervise and mentor care staff, providing ongoing support and training
Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Participate in the on-call rota as required to cover sickness or emergency coverMust-Haves
Experience in a similar Senior Coordinator or Scheduling role in domiciliary care
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhat is on Offer
