What You’ll Do
* Be the main liaison between clients and the agency, representing their needs and ensuring excellent service.

* Write clear and inspiring briefs, ensuring creative teams deliver high-quality work.
* Monitor healthcare trends, industry changes, and brand shifts to anticipate client needs.
* Create and deliver strong presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, efficient processes, and innovative solutions.
* Promote best practices and contribute to overall agency growth and profitability.
Skills & Experience Needed

* Proven client services or account management experience, ideally within healthcare communications, PR, or marketing.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
