The Job

The function: In your role as a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be part of our ambitious and rapidly growing sales team based in London. Our sales team converts leads to sales opportunities, advises potential clients to develop solar energy solutions, and manages the entire sales cycle from start to finish. You will be working with a team that is mission driven and determined to make affordable, carbon-neutral and decentralised energy solutions available to everyone.
Your impact
* You will use your consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads—people who actively show an interest in our products—to book appointments and contribute to the growth of our new UK business.
* You will conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships with future-Solyans.
* You will provide clients with customised solutions that allow them to save costs, be part of the green energy transition, and maximise the benefits of our solar energy system.
* By building up and growing your own customer base, you will make a significant contribution to a more sustainable UK.
Your profile
* A recent graduate with a degree in any field – enthusiasm and ambition matter more than the area of study.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and confidently.
* A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
* Passionate about sustainability and excited to be part of the renewable energy revolution.
* Eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* No previous sales experience required, but a keen interest in building a career in sales is essential.
Your hours
* Monday - Friday
* Two weekend days per month

* A starting salary of £25,000 with generous bonus structure (OTE of £40,000)
