About The Role
This is the face of our business and key to our success. We are looking for someone who is driven and dedicated to exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail, love interacting with people and you are a self starter that when they see something that needs to be done you go ahead and do it we have a great career for you. Many of our most successful Regional and Area Managers started their careers as store assistants and we would love to celebrate this kind of success again in the future.
Responsibilities:
* Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
* Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
* Attentive to customer needs
* Always be courteous, cheerful and respectful
* Recommend productions and promotions
* Carry out freshness checks
* Ensure till accuracy
* Perform stock replenishment and merchandising in accordance with company guidelines
The Ideal Candidate
* The desire to offer exceptional customer service
* Great communication skills
* Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
* Be flexible and adaptable in line with the needs of the store
* The ability to prioritise tasks
* A strong team player, harnessing the power of the team whilst being an integral part of promoting team spirit
