You might specialise in a certain sector of corporate or you might come from a broader transactional background; either way you will be excited by the prospect of a varied role that spans M&A, Capital Markets, Private Equity, and some Corporate Finance work. The work here is challenging and fast-paced, and standards are high, but people really enjoy it. The balance is good for a firm operating at this level, and the team has a nice, friendly, down-to-earth culture. Requirements Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada). Expected to suit someone with around 6 - 8 years’ PQE but all applicants with the right skill will be carefully considered. Experience of high-value corporate work, gained with a major onshore or offshore law firm. Package Attractive tax-free salary (negotiable depending on experience). Good benefits and excellent bonus.
