Overview
Project Assistant - Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance (office based in London). Full-time, office-based role within the Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance team in London.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day project support to the clinical safety department.
* Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
* Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
* Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
* Assist with case processing and reporting activities as delegated.
* Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
* Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Administrative experience is beneficial.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and an interest in clinical trials/drug development is desirable.
* Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
* University degree not required.
