As part of our strategic objectives, we are dedicated to mitigating and responding to pollution events swiftly and effectively.
In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of identifying potential pollution incidents early and ensuring the correct response processes are followed. Leveraging customer information and historical site knowledge, you will also have the responsibility to adjust the priority of field responses when necessary.
Additionally, you will assess other customer-reported issues for their potential pollution impact and initiate the appropriate field actions. Be a part of our team and make a real difference!

What You’ll Bring To The Role
We are committed to protecting the environment by swiftly and effectively mitigating and responding to pollution events. In this vital role, you will:
* Identify and Respond to Pollution Events: Quickly spot potential pollution incidents and ensure the correct response processes are followed.
* Adjust Field Response Priorities: Use customer information and historical site knowledge to adjust the priority of field responses when necessary.
* Assess and Initiate Actions: Evaluate other customer-reported issues for their potential pollution impact and initiate appropriate field actions.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective response to pollution events.
* Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of incidents and responses to help improve future strategies and processes.
