🛠️ What you’ll be doing

Producing high‑quality civil engineering designs, with a strong focus on MicroDrainage and surface water management

Designing highways, drainage, levels, and external works for a variety of development projects
*
Working closely with architects, planners, and project managers to deliver coordinated, buildable solutions
*
Preparing technical reports, calculations, and drawings
*
Supporting junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture
🎯 What we’re looking for
*
Experience as a Civil Design Engineer within a consultancy environment
*
Strong working knowledge of MicroDrainage (WinDes)
*
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a bonus
*
A solid understanding of UK design standards, SuDS, and drainage strategies
*
Someone proactive, detail‑driven, and confident communicating with clients and colleagues
