Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Administrator Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: Sheldon, Solihull Hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid, 2 days at home. Description: Our client, a thriving logistics company located near Sheldon, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Administrator. The successful Customer Service and Sales Administrator candidate will become part of a dynamic and friendly team, handling customer service operations for the business. Key Duties: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client calls Coordinate with partners and suppliers to resolve client issues Track both domestic and international shipments, keeping clients informed of delivery statuses Book orders online Organise carrier collections and imports Update and maintain an accurate CRM database in SAP Review and address discrepancy shipping reports Compose letters/e-mails as requested Liaise with Credit Control regarding new customers and account limits Provide pricing and quotations to customers and process onto system Process sales returns in agreement with the Managing Director and ensuring stock is moved to ECOMM Status in SAP Order stationery and supplies for clients Adhoc duties as and when required Key Skills/Experience Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player with the ability to build relationships with external contacts Detail focused Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability Previous use of SAP would be an advantage but not essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications Capable of multitasking effectively Excellent telephone etiquette and administrative skills Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Customer Service and Sales Administrator looking to join a rapidly expanding, successful and stable company.
