About the Fluid Power Internal Salesperson's role:
Within this role you will service customers and Internal staff with predominantly Pneumatic products/services. This position offers a unique opportunity for career development within a dynamic and growing company.
You'll predominantly be in the office processing orders and enquiries. A big part of the role is going the extra mile for the customer; how can we a supply a product quicker and faster? It's down to you to drive our service levels as high as they can be! The Seaham branch was the top performing in the company last year, so you are joining a brilliant team who work as a collective to hit our targets together.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities as our Fluid Power Internal Salesperson:
Answering incoming enquiries for clients and External Sales Team.
Administering enquiries and orders as part of the Fluid Power Team.
Liaising with customers to offer solutions to their needs.
Working within an experienced team to offer the best Customer Service Experience available.
Purchasing through web-portals and direct with suppliers
What we're looking for in our Fluid Power Internal Salesperson:
Strong interest in Engineering with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic industry.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
