Domus Recruitment are working with a well established provider who are seeking an Interim Manager to support one of their services in Crewe. The service supports adults with mental health diagnoses and also includes an onsite Crisis Café providing additional community support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim leader to step into a well staffed service, providing leadership, oversight, and stability during the three month period. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership across the supported living service and Crisis Café Ensure high standards of care, support, and safeguarding are maintained Support and lead the existing staff team, including three Deputy Managers Oversee service performance, compliance, and quality standards Work collaboratively with senior leadership and external stakeholders Maintain effective rota management, staffing oversight, and service delivery Ensure the service continues to operate in line with regulatory and organisational requirementsRequirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Interim Manager within supported living or mental health services Strong understanding of mental health support services Experience managing larger services and multidisciplinary teams Strong leadership and organisational skills Available to start ASAP If you are interested in the above position please apply, or for more information contact Hollie Messenger at Domus Recru...
