Salary: OTE £39,429 p/a (OTE £16.85 per hour), including tronc.
Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days, including any paid overtime.

Responsibilities
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant. Your role includes supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us. You will lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, communicating effectively with staff and maintaining an attention to detail while keeping an informal and accessible approach.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
