About the Role Joining our team as the Business Unit Manager, for Facility Monitoring Systems (FMS) you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the business unit based in Malvern. The role encompasses leadership of a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality delivery of monitoring solutions, development of long-term business strategies, and management of client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within a technical or engineering-based business.
Experience in the facility monitoring, instrumentation, clean room construction / management, or building management system sectors is strongly preferred.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Excellent leadership, people management and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of quality and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, ISO, FDA).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; or by demonstrated experience.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Familiarity with data acquisition, control systems, and industrial IoT technologies.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in using business and project management software tools.
