Your Role:
As a Transport Administrator, you will:
* Collaborate closely with managers and various departments to enhance our delivery service.
* Support drivers post-delivery, ensuring thorough debriefs and accurate performance metrics.
* Manage filing and paperwork preparation with precision.
* Communicate professionally via phone, handling both incoming and outgoing calls with confidence.
* Utilize your computer skills to enter data and process invoices and credit notes.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change to elevate the customer experience. To excel in this role, you should have:
* Strong communication skills and previous customer service experience.
* A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with ERP systems like SAP or D365 is a plus).
* Experience in fleet or distribution is advantageous, but not essential.
* A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
