Job Description:
What You’ll Do
6 month fixed term contract based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in-office) starting immediately.
* Organise meetings, travel, and hospitality for EMEA/US colleagues and leadership.
* Plan and coordinate PED events, hack weeks, and sprints, ensuring seamless execution.
* Manage product inventory for demonstrations, tradeshows, and internal meetings.
* Support validation efforts, maintaining a GDPR-compliant tester database.
* Oversee vendor relationships, procurement processes, and third-party contractor coordination.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience in event coordination, vendor management, and procurement systems (Coupa preferred).
* A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
