The Role Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Digital will: Develop and implement a holistic digital strategy across all business systems and processes. Lead a small digital team and work closely with IT, bids, design, and outsourced support teams. Drive digital transformation projects, including CRM, ERP, Procore, and other enterprise systems. Pull together data across platforms to enable data-led business decisions. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations. Own the roadmap for the company's digital operations and systems. Requirements Proven experience in digital transformation, ideally within construction or manufacturing. Strong leadership skills, able to take ownership and work autonomously. Experience managing small teams and driving strategy across multiple systems. Commercially minded with a data-led approach to decision-making.
