This position is fully on-site and open to candidates located anywhere within a commutable distance of our operational sites across the SouthCoast. The Opportunity: TheVideo Content Editor edits and produces video content to support Hendy Groups social media, campaign,and brandactivity. Working with raw footage from the in-house Photographer and Videographer, they create polished content that meets OEM guidelines, brand standards, and social media best practice. Their work ensures videos are engaging,timely, and optimised for each platform to drive engagement, awareness, and reputation. Role responsibilities will include: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and internal communications. Enhance content using branding, subtitles, motion graphics, royalty-free music, and visual effects. Optimise videos for multiple formats and platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and creative team to plan and deliver content in line with campaign schedules. Maintain organised project files and provide performance metrics while suggesting improvements based on data and trends. Ensure all contentcomplies withOEM, FCA, and Hendy Group brand guidelines,maintainingconsistent visual and tonal style. Work with wider marketing teams while staying up to date with trends and proposing creative and workflow innovations. About You: Strong video editing and post-production ability, with attention to visual quality, branding, formatting, and platform-specific optimisation. Excellent organisation and time-management skills, handling multiple projects, files, and workflows efficiently. Collaborative working style with photographers, videographers, and social teams, with the ability to take feedback and apply revisions effectively. Creative storytelling skills and a proactive approach to improving video quality and production processes. Proven experience in video editing or content production, with strong skills in editing software, post-production tools, and branding consistency. Solid understanding of social media video formats, platform best practice, content optimisation, and key performance metrics. Knowledge of compliance, approvals, governance processes, and experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams. Familiarity with content planning and campaign calendars, supported by experience in Media, Film, Marketing, or similar.
