Key Accountabilities:
* Deliver BUK Digital Outcomes, including product ownership of capabilities and journeys, owning business architecture and outcomes.
* Drive key outcomes such as double cross-buying, overall digital sales, and risk outcomes related to digital buying.
* Develop and implement strategies to deepen digital engagement, manage trading performance, and serve as Product Owner for Product Hub.
* Lead relationships with product teams.

Manage and drive the innovation strategy to meet customer needs, ensuring the bank's long-term success and competitive edge.
Accountabilities
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends; analyze profitability, market size, and positioning for new products; identify diversification opportunities for competitive advantage.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, technology, engineering, design) to generate innovative product ideas and prototypes aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
* Develop concepts and specifications defining features, functionalities, target markets, user interfaces, technical specifications, and revenue models for new products.
* Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks associated with new product development and launch.
* Monitor market trends and collect feedback from internal teams and customers through prototypes, testing, and beta programs to refine products pre-launch.
* Manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, marketing strategies, training, and communication channels to ensure effective product rollouts.
* Track key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction, and revenue to assess product performance against goals.
