Location: Home-based with occasional UK travel
Salary: Up to 33k DOE
Contract: Maternity cover - Fixed-Term, Full-Time
About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Learning and Development Digital Coach to join our Learning Studio team on a fixed-term basis!
Supporting a portfolio of DEKRA client programmes, you will help drive sustainable performance improvements through engaging and structured coaching sessions, delivered primarily remotely with some in-person interventions.
You will work closely with stakeholders at all levelsfrom Area Managers to Sales Executivesto ensure the effective use of programme diagnostics, tools, and content across a variety of business improvement areas. You will also play an important role in shaping and evolving client-specific programme materials.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions (primarily remote) that improve individual and team performance across client programmes.
Manage coaching activity from initial engagement through to sustainable results, using structured methods such as GROW and SMART.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholder Holders (KSHs) and DEKRA teams to design and deliver bespoke content and support materials.
Drive programme engagement by organising your own diary and client interventions efficiently to meet KPIs.
Use online coaching platforms (Teams, Adobe Connect, Google Meet, etc.) effectively for remote delivery.
Track progress and outcomes, preparing reports that clearly reflect individual and programme-level improvements.
Attend client meetings and occasional on-site visits as required, supporting wider campaign and training rollouts.
Monitor and meet all SLA and activity reporting deadlines, ensuring quality and accuracy at all times.
Contribute to internal and client communications with case studies, success stories, and statistical highlights.
What We're Looking For
Proven coaching or training experience in a commercial or consulting environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
Experience designing and delivering content that meets bespoke client needs.
Comfortable with remote technology and capable of delivering engaging online coaching sessions.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and committed to continuous improvement.
Able to demonstrate measurable success and client feedback in previous coaching projects.
Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays where required.
Measures of Success
Quality and quantity of coaching interventions
Accurate and timely reporting and feedback scores (minimum 8/10 average)
Demonstrable improvement in client KPIs
Contribution to innovation, including content development and coaching modules
