Central Recruitment is currently recruiting Support Workers in the Twickenham area to provide high-quality care and support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Communications Needs and Mobility Needs.

We have work available in various shift patterns, including early, late, waking nights, and sleep-ins.
Key responsibilities:
The role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, including:
* Personal care
* Meal preparation
* Administering medication
* Attending health appointments
* Community access and outings
* Budgeting and daily living support
* Laundry and household tasks
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
We’d love to hear from candidates who are:
* Experienced in supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
* Patient, caring, and respectful in their approach
* Confident supporting individuals with different communication needs
* Reliable, proactive, and professional
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Further requirements:
In order to register with Central Recruitment Services for temporary agency work, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Current valid right to work in the UK
* Minimum 12 months’ of paid experience in a frontline social care role within the last 3 years* (unless recruitment criteria states otherwise)
* A fully enhanced DBS registered on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one through Central (at a cost of £60)
* Employment or education history to cover the last 5 years which can be verified through the referencing process
