Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Manager located in the Greater Derby Area. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, cooking, food & beverage management, ensuring food quality, and culinary management within the establishment.

* Food & Beverage and Food Quality management
* Culinary Management experience
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Experience in menu planning and cost control
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
