Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Order Processor on behalf of a fab company client based in Totton.
You will be an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for processing and dispatching of sales orders/parts orders to their UK & European market.
Responsibilities:
1. Entering sales orders onto the system
2. Converting quotations from CRM to their stock system
3. Picking and processing orders
4. Liaising with procurement department on out-of-stock items
5. Monitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delays
6. Arranging packaging of goods with dispatch department
7. Arranging export freight of goods and internal intercompany transfers
Personal requirements:
8. Strong typing and data entry skills, with strong experience working with high volume of data
9. Experience working with shared Inbox and proactively responding to queries received
10. A confident individual with strong communication skills, able to quickly build good rapport with colleagues as well as customers
11. Experience working in fast-paced environments, where priories can change at any time
Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
