Youll be employed by HomeCareDirect but will focus solely on supporting this client. The hours of work will be 8am to 8pm and will be on a 2-week rolling rota; week one 2 shifts, week two 3 shifts, which will work out at 30 hours per week. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the client. About the Client & Your Responsibilities Our client is a young lady in her 20s who has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy and requires 24/7 support at home and out in the community to help her live her life to the fullest. Her favourite thing to do is go to the arcades and play on the 2p machines. She also enjoys watching television, her favourite programme being the Tweenies. Training & Support We provide comprehensive, paid training (to CQC standards) before your start date, covering: Full induction Safeguarding Adults First Aid / Food Hygiene / Health & Safety Personal Care / Moving & Handling / Medication Administration Autism / Challenging Behaviours Cerebral Palsy / Epilepsy All training must be completed prior to start date and is paid at minimum wage.
