RECEPTIONIST/FIRST AIDER (School Administration Support Level 3)

Salary: BG7 equivalent ££26,824-£28,142 pro rata plus First Aid Allowance
Location: Whitchurch, Bristol
Contract Type: 37 hours per week (term time only) (part time hours would be considered)
Contract Term: Permanent contract
The Governors of this outstanding Catholic 11–16 school are seeking to appoint a Lead First Aider/Receptionist who will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and smooth day-to-day running of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid provision to students, while also managing front-of-house reception duties and providing essential administrative support within a busy school office.
You will:
1. Provide both reception and clerical support in a busy school office
2. Be the main point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring information flows are effective.
3. Complete first aid training and be the front line first aider providing basic first aid to students
