We are seeking a reliable self-employed cleaner to provide cleaning services at work premises in Farrington Gurney.
This role is offered solely on a self-employed basis. You will have control over how the services are carried out, subject to agreed standards and outcomes.
Hours & Flexibility:
* Approx. 10 hours per week.
* Days and times to be agreed.
* You may propose alternative times by agreement
Rate of Pay:
£15 per hour
Payment made on receipt of a valid invoice. (weekly payment schedules)
Scope of Services:
* General cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
* Cleaning office space, kitchen, bathrooms, and other agreed areas.
* Emptying bins and disposal of waste.
* Occasional deep-cleaning tasks as agreed in advance.
* Reporting any damage or issues noticed during cleaning.
Skills & Experience
* Previous cleaning experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* High attention to detail.
* Reliable and trustworthy.
Contractor Requirements
* Registered as self-employed (or willing to register)
* Right to work in the UK.
* Ability to provide invoices.
Equipment & Materials
* Cleaning equipment and products will be provided on site.
* Health & Safety: The contractor is expected to carry out services safely and use cleaning products in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
