Key Responsibilities
• Lead clinical service development and transformation initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
• Oversee clinical governance frameworks including audit, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse service performance data and develop improvement plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior clinical leaders and external healthcare partners to strengthen integrated service delivery.
About You
• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration and significant post-registration clinical experience.
• Senior leadership experience within NHS or hospice services including service improvement or transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing clinical governance frameworks including audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
