What you’ll do
Take charge of testing and quality checks on incoming grain deliveries, making sure everything meets strict safety and food quality standards. You’ll be the one ensuring that what gets processed is up to the mark, giving you real responsibility and influence over the final product.
You’ll also operate and monitor the intake, drying and dressing plant, keeping it running smoothly and efficiently. That means staying on top of priorities, handling the machinery and keeping everything clean and up to standard.
What you’ll need
1. A good general education and the ability to pick up new technical skills quickly
2. Basic keyboard skills for logging and tracking data
3. A flexible approach to work, with a focus on following safety and quality procedures
