HW Interim Solutions are working with a growing financial services firm that’s looking for a people-first Paraplanning Manager to lead and inspire their talented team, initially on an interim basis.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the paraplanning team, ensuring workloads are balanced, performance stays on track, and individuals are supported to do their best work. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Paraplanning CoE, Financial Planners, and Client Executives to make sure client outcomes are strong, consistent, and delivered efficiently. It’s a hands-on role with a clear focus on team engagement, performance, and professional growth.
You’ll regularly check in with your team members to set goals, review progress and support their development. You’ll also use reporting and management information to make informed decisions that help drive performance and meet key service standards. You’ll help create a positive team culture where people feel valued, informed, and motivated.
You’ll already have people management experience and a natural ability to motivate and develop others. You’ll be collaborative, approachable, and able to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally. With at least five years’ experience in financial services, a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, and a solid grasp of compliance and technical products, you’ll bring the expertise needed to support both the team and the wider business.
This is offered on FTC basis of an initial 6 months. West Yorkshire.
