Overview
Sales Account Manager - Motor-Trade Partnerships. Location: St Helens. Base salary: £30-35k + uncapped commission (ideal OTE £60k first year). Full-time, on-site.
We're seeking an experienced, driven, and innovative sales professional with an out-of-the-box approach, who can manage multiple tasks seamlessly while building and nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Developing and managing partnerships with garages, MOT centres, insurance agents, and other motor trade businesses.
* Balancing new business development with account management to ensure retention, growth, and profitability.
* Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring clients take action and see real results.
* Maintaining accurate records in CRM and other digital platforms.
* Working closely with operations to ensure smooth logistics, vehicle collection, and after-sales support.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, ideally within the Auto Trader industry, but also open to candidates from concept or creative sales backgrounds where driving client action and adoption is key.
* Commercially minded and proactive.
* Natural relationship builder.
* Hungry to learn and grow.
* Full UK driver's license and car.
