3. Process payroll accurately and in line with established timelines.
4. Maintain and update payroll records with precision.
5. Processing payroll changes such as leavers, new starters, maternity and paternity payments.
6. Respond promptly to payroll-related queries from staff.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
8. Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in payroll data.
9. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support reporting needs.
10. Ensure confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
11. Support the team with ad-hoc payroll-related tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Payroll Administrator should have:
