Machine Plant Operative required for a growing groundworks subcontractor. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Machine Plant Operative to assist our client with a project based in Ringmer, East Sussex. Own tools & transport is essential.
This contract is Monday to Friday and there may be the option to do overtime.
Additional training and a full time contract may be provided for the right candidates.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Install kerbs & edging
Take up Block Paving & Grading
In & out the Machine to help out
Drainage
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Collaborating with other team members to ensure project deadlines are metRequirements for the role
A valid CSCS/CPCS Or NPORS card is required
References upon request
The ability to perform physical manual labour
You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
Own tools are required
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Full UK driving licence (preferred)Training/Progression opportunities:
