Generative artificial intelligence (AI) describes algorithms that can be used to produce new content, including audio, code, images, text, simulations, and videos. It is developing all the time and is now being used as a support mechanism for all kinds of content-based creations. The post holder will work as an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team within University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust and across the community. The post holder will acknowledge and take overall responsibility for the provision of specialist nursing advice and support to patients and families, both in-patient and out-patient, throughout the care pathway.
The post holder will utilise skills of clinical expertise, leadership, education and management to ensure a seamless service for patients, carers and staff. S/he will provide advice, support and information from the time of diagnosis onwards throughout the care pathway
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team in hospital and the community to ensure a co-ordinated quality service, and will be actively involved in education, audit and research.
The post holder will engage and lead discussions in multidisciplinary team meetings

·Communicate effectively, motivating and supporting multidisciplinary team members in situations they may be sensitive and complex in nature, always maintaining patient confidentiality.
·Provide written and verbal advice/teaching to patients and carers.
