Our homes offer specialist care, specialist facilities, and comprehensive training and development packages for staff. With your help, they'll perform at their best in every single area.

Using your expert knowledge and passion for boosting young people's positive outcomes whilst in our care, you'll visit our homes and identify priorities for development in your area of responsibility. Ideally, you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring, and a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes. As you'll be visiting Children's homes nationwide, you'll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel. Desirable: Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
2. Professional qualification at Level 3 Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent).
3. At least 4 years' experience in a children's home setting at a senior level within the last three years.
