We’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join our Windsor Store in a flexible full-time capacity. As a key team member and brand ambassador, you’ll bring exceptional customer service, live our values every day, and inspire others to do the same. You’ll help lead a passionate in-store team, drive performance, and deliver a memorable shopping experience rooted in kindness, confidence, and conscious fashion.
Sales & Customer Experience
Lead by example to drive sales, maximise customer interactions, and encourage upselling and cross-selling in a way that feels authentic.
Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a positive, solution-focused approach.
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
Help train, onboard, and develop new team members, embedding our values into everything they do.
Motivate and inspire colleagues to be confident, creative, and customer-focused — empowering them to be brave and take initiative.
Act as Duty Manager when senior management is absent, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication with the Area Manager.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is clean, beautifully presented, and on-brand.
Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management with agility and attention to detail.
This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.
Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
A passion for sustainable fashion and Nobody’s Child’s mission.
Strong communication, organisation, and people management skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to be kind, brave, agile, and optimistic in everything you do.
