The Role:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
2. Operate and manage the multi-line switchboard, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and efficiently and directed to the correct department
3. Manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy and presentable
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
5. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
6. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining records.
7. Co-ordinate with different departments to support smooth day-to-day operations
Essential Skills:
8. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative or similar role
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills
10. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
11. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and basic office equipment
12. Professional appearance and demeanor
13. Strong interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
14. Math's and English GCSE grade C and above.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri - 5pm
