Drury 188-189 is an independent cafe created by two best friends from Hackney, Ali & Cemal.
We are seeking experienced baristas to join our team at our number one rated (on Google & Tripadvisor) branch in Covent Garden, located on Drury Lane. Situated in the heart of Central London, our cafe's clientele primarily includes office workers, tourists, and students.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for specialty coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be competent and confident in making coffee, including latte art skills. Candidates should take pride in our independent traditions and be committed to enhancing our reputation through excellent service and quality coffee.
