Salary: £28,680 per annum with the potential to increase in April 2026 in line with a cost-of-living award.

About The People Services Coordinator Role
Reporting to the People Services Manager, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate and monitor key HR projects and initiatives, such as developing a robust workforce planning approach and the implementation of a new HR system. You'll be part of our warm, supportive and dynamic People Team, supporting a range of coordination activities. You'll help coordinate colleague events, including health and wellbeing and diversity and inclusion campaigns to ensure a positive working environment for our people.
(Please note that this role does not include supporting managers and colleagues during formal procedures ie disciplinaries, absence management).
About You
Successful candidates will need:
Essential
Experience of working in a busy team – preferably HR related – in a similar role
Proven experience in project coordination across a variety of workstreams
A full driving licence and have use of a vehicle for work purposes
A proactive and can-do mindset, able to be decisive and take accountability
Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision and to coordinate several projects at once
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Word, excel, powerpoint and teams
