Lead TPM and PPM activities to maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime. Act as the main maintenance contact for production operations and contractor management. Respond promptly to breakdowns, conducting detailed fault-finding and root cause analysis. Drive reliability improvements and support ongoing optimisation projects. Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams across the facility. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure correct materials are on hand.
