PT Renewables a fast-growing management consultancy delivering sustainability and energy solutions to a global client base.
We're supporting their search for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Consultancy Services to lead, develop and scale their consultancy offering.
The Role
This is a hands-on senior leadership position, combining strategic oversight with direct client delivery, team leadership and service development.
You’ll be the driving force behind the consultancy function - setting direction, building capability and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.
Your day-to-day
1. Lead and develop the internal consultancy team delivering services - this includes ESOS, SBTi, LCA, EPDs, TCFD, Carbon Footprinting (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) and sustainability training.
2. Own and implement process improvements across upselling, cross-selling, service delivery and client communications.
