Job Description
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Align product development and go‑to‑market strategies with business goals. Collaborate with sales & global marketing for continuous improvement & new launches and campaigns.
* Identify and explore new ideas, technologies, and opportunities to differentiate our products and meet emerging customer needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional portfolio teams to ensure the expansion of the portfolio.
* Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch. Manage discontinuation and product conversion.
* Demand planning review (provide business forecast to the supply chain demand planner).
* Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote the BD brand.
* Translate customer requests into viable business cases and ready‑to‑implement solutions.
* Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage market research and data to inform product decisions.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes, and external factors. Make informed decisions to minimize potential impact.
* Creation of marketing material (presentation, brochure, comparison studies, whitepapers).
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Pharmacy or a related field.
* 3‑5 years in product management in the life science sector (Microbiology).
* Profound interest in microbiology, trends and drivers for the quality pharma laboratory.
* Proficiency in English.
* Experience using Project Management tools and Methodologies.
