Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Soft Services Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Soft Services Manager, will be responsible for:
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the soft services team
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard and within the designated timeframe
* Ensure compliance with site hygiene schedules, Cleaning Instruction Cards (CICs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Support the delivery of hygiene training for operatives, including overseeing CIC sign-offs and conducting refresher training
* Assist with internal audits, and help to implement corrective actions when required
* Work closely with production, technical, and health & safety teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
To be successful for this Soft Services Manager role you must have:
* Previous experience within a food manufacturing setting
* Experience in soft services supervision or leadership
* Good understanding of food safety standards, COSHH, and chemical handling
