Ideally, you would have previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
The role involves business administration tasks such as:-
-Front-of-house duties
-Assisting the Partners’ PA and operational support to the departmental teams
-Using word and excel to produce reports
-General administration
Experience with business administration processes. • Excellent keyboard skills. • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and database systems. • A confident telephone manner and weing disposition to visitors. • Strongmunication and interpersonal skills. • Be a good team player. • Be smartly presented. • Be keen to develop their role within a professional working environment.This role would likely suit a school-leaver or a graduate, looking for their first permanent role.
