We're opening our brand new Ryman Design store at Bluewater - a fresh, creative concept store where stationery meets style, and innovation meets inspiration.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Store Manager to join our launch team.

Key roles and responsibilities
* Be passionate about design-led stationery, reflect that by loving the brand and products and transferring that passion to the customer.
* Be a leader to inspire your team to be creative, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
* Be a coach, a mentor, and develop your team to influence future succession.
* Drive effective change in store and be an ambassador for our New Concept Stores.
* Ensure the store team understands all sales and KPI targets and are supported to exceed them.
* Motivate your management team to deliver and exceed store KPIs.
* Manage and minimise all controllable costs efficiently and within planned budgets.
* Build strong relationships with store peers and the Retail Support Centre.
* Recruit, develop and retain high-calibre colleagues that reflect the business's values and behaviours.
