Salary: from £24,657.60 to £26,872.80 (pro rata from £30,822.00 to £33,591.00 per annum)

About the Role
As an Early Years Assessor, you will be at the heart of our mission to nurture the next generation of childcare professionals. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programs, ensuring every learner hits their milestones and completes their qualifications on schedule. This role requires a dedicated mentor who can balance rigorous academic standards with the practical realities of the Early Years sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in early years sector, a firm knowledge of apprenticeships and hold a relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification. If you are passionate about driving excellence in vocational training and have the expertise to guide learners toward a successful career, we would love to hear from you.
