Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator looking to join a fast-paced and supportive environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting Mortgage Advisers and ensuring a smooth, efficient journey for clients from application through to completion.
The Role
As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will provide essential administrative and case management support to Mortgage Advisers, ensuring all applications are processed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing cases from submission through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Checking that all compliance requirements are met at submission stage
* Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
* Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to provide updates and obtain documentation
* Uploading case documentation to lender portals
* Maintaining accurate records and updating back-office systems
* Supporting advisers with document collation ahead of client meetings
* Booking client appointments and managing adviser diaries where required
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects
Planning & Reporting
* Managing workload efficiently to ensure cases progress smoothly and within required timescales
* Reporting into senior management and ensuring all activity is completed to a high standard
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration
* Experience working within a busy, fast-paced office environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* High attention to detail and accuracy
