There exists an exciting opportunity to join the Fast-Growing Pipe-Line-Rich Neuropsychiatry Team working in Schizophrenia with the aim of improving & transforming the lives of patients, their families & the health system.

The Role

Location: West Midlands, North West England and Wales – Field based

As aSenior Integrated Healthcare Manager (IHM), you won't just be a sales professional — you'll be an entrepreneur, a market access strategist, and a trusted partner to the NHS. This is a newly created, highly autonomous senior role where you'll own your territory like a business.

You'll engage with HCPs, commissioners, medicines optimisation teams and system leaders through deep scientific dialogue, omnichannel strategies, and a differentiated customer experience — all while driving access and adoption of BMS medicines for the patients who need them most.

What You'll Do

6. Execute tailored strategic account plans to deliver territory sales and access objectives
7. Translate national value propositions intolocally relevant narrativesfor commissioners and clinical stakeholders
8. Identify and resolve access barriers — formularies, pathways, funding flows and beyond
9. Build and sustain strategic relationships across the full patient care continuum
10. Champion disease expertise and deliver compelling clinical, economic, and system-level value stories
11. Operate compliantly within ABPI codes and all BMS policies

What You'll Bring

Essential:

12. Experience in neuropsychiatry / serious mental illness (SMI)
13. Proven pharmaceutical sales andlocal market accesssuccess
14. Deep understanding of the UK healthcare and mental health commissioning landscape
15. Track record of influencing access outcomes (formularies, pathways, protocols)
16. Strategic Key Account Management expertise
17. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
18. Degree educated + ABPI qualification (or equivalent)
19. Proficiency with CRM tools, AI platforms, and Microsoft Office
20. Full UK driving licence | Living on or near territory

Desirable:

21. NHS product launch experience
22. Experience with specialist commissioning or high-cost/low-volume products
23. Advanced consultative selling or negotiation skills
