We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to support revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and maximise the value of our products. Based at our Colwyn Bay office 3 days a week, this role offers the best of both worlds: a collaborative office environment Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays once training is complete.
Salary: £30,000 basic, £42,000 OTE
What you’ll be doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive dealers
* Supporting product adoption and helping automotive dealers see value in our technology
* Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
* Proactively engaging with accounts to reduce churn
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for automotive dealers and partners

* Background in account management, customer success, or sales (automotive or SaaS experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities
* Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

1. First interview (Zoom) –This is an opportunity to go into the role, we'll have a conversational session at our office to get to know you better and see if you could be a great addition to the team.
2. Second interview (face-to-face) – A little more formal but not too rigid, be ready for competency questions based on your background and a small presentation.
