Quality Management System (QMS) Manager IT / Information Systems

Our client is searching for an accomplished and driven Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to join their team as the QMS expert, working for the CFO and COO. In this vital role, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of their Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO9001 standards and contributing to the organisation's strategic growth and operational excellence.
Develop and Implement QMS: Design and roll out a robust Quality Management System tailored to align with our objectives.
Process and Customer Journey Documentation: Standardise workflows and map the customer journey to heighten satisfaction and ensure quality delivery.
Training: Develop training frameworks to enhance QMS awareness across the organisation.
QMS – excellent experience building a QMS and putting in place policies and procedures around quality management
Experience leading quality management and embedding it into a business
Skills in training QMS within a business
Experience achieving quality standards eg ISO9001
The role adheres to our client’s hybrid working policy, which provides flexibility with designated in-office days. You will expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week
