Service Support Manager
Based in Grimsby
Overseeing services across North East Lincolnshire & Lincolnshire
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hales Homecare is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Support Manager in Grimsby. In this role, you’ll oversee our contracts across North East Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire. Working closely with the Registered Manager and the wider leadership team, you’ll help ensure:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on support to the Registered Manager
* Line manage and support with the office-based team including setting weekly targets and KPIs ensuring that these are met
* Monitor and drive quality, compliance, and performance complete weekly reports and contract monitoring information
* Support recruitment, training and development of staff teams
* Assist with rota management and service cover where needed
* Work in line with CQC requirements and internal quality standards
* Act as a key contact for stakeholders and external professionals

* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of care standards and relevant legislation
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel across North East Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire as required
